AQR chief custodian urges Islamic Ummah to support Indian Muslims’ human rights
In a message, Hoj Ahmad Marvi, the chief custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, the body in charge of Imam Reza (AS) holy shrine in Mashhad, stressed the need for the Islamic Ummah to stand up for the human rights of Indian Muslims.

The message reads:
In the name of God, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate
And we wanted to confer favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them inheritors.

Muslim brothers and sisters of the great nation of India

India is known worldwide for the peaceful coexistence of religions, ethnicities and races and it is the role model for inter-religious and ethnic tolerance.
Recent incidents make every interested party to think what the root causes of these events are and who will reap benefits from them.
What is certain in the recent events in India, the violence and restraint against Muslims in the name of any religion, sect or ethnicity, is condemned and it is a conspiracy against all religions. There is surely interests for the world powers and the arrogant states behind it.
In sympathy with the afflicted and grief-stricken families in recent events, it is expected that all Islamic countries and nations, and all justice-seeking people in the world, support the human rights of Muslims and the Indian government uphold the Muslims’ civil rights.
Here at the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS), I pray for you.
