Under God’s favors, special attention of Imam Reza (AS), and leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei, this holy organization has been in core attention of lovers of Ahl al-Bayt (AS). Today and within the framework of the second step of the Islamic Revolution, evolutionary and fundamental measures mentioned in the Leader’s appointment decree of AQR chief custodian are seriously followed.
With respect to the termination of Mr. Khaksar Qahroudi’s tenure as the deputy custodian and appreciating his great endeavors in recent years, thanks to your faithful commitment and an excellent record, I appoint you as the new deputy custodian of AQR, while retaining your current position.
I hope you will be able to implement this important responsibility by having proper programing and employing young, faithful, and revolutionary managers.
