Some 13,671 calls have been made to potential Muslim and Christian contributors in Spanish, Urdu, French, Azeri, Russian, and German languages, including Latin and American institutions, stated Mahdi Qeisari Nik, pointing to the call for submissions issued to different countries across the globe. Arab countries have also received 4,209 calls. The call for submissions has already been issued to 62 countries from three continents.
He added that the Islamic Culture and Communication Organization of Khorasan Razavi and the international affairs section of the secretariat have been the conduit to send the calls in collaboration with Iranian cultural advisors and centers abroad.
Further in his remarks, he notified that the deadline for submissions is May 5, 2022, calling upon the publishers and authors to submit their 2020 and current publications to the festival’s Permanent Secretariat at the Central Library of AQR, Sheikh Tousi entrance of the holy shrine.
The closing ceremony will be held at the Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi coinciding with the Karamat ten-day celebrations.
